(EC) 810\/2029 (Community Visa Code), relating to the\u00a0<strong>amounts of fees for Schengen visas<\/strong>, has been published.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz JxVs2d ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The amended art.\u00a0<span class=\"jCAhz JxVs2d\">16 provides an\u00a0<strong>increase in visa fees<\/strong>\u00a0(so-called\u00a0<\/span>visa perception) from 80\u00a0<strong>to 90 euros<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz JxVs2d ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>For applicants aged six years or more and under twelve, the fee goes<\/strong>\u00a0from 40 t<strong>o 45 euros<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>while it will remain free for applicants aged between 0 and 6 (under six)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz JxVs2d ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">To read the full text of the regulation,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R1415\">click at this link<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The new amounts will be effective from 11 June 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Please be informed that the EU\u00a0Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 2024\/1415 of 03\/14\/2024, which amended the art. 16 (par. 1, 2 and 2 bis) of Reg.
